The objective of Innova.Re is to obtain from each professional the expected result with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

We coordinate the companies and suppliers involved in carrying out the work by following a strict operational schedule aimed at achieving the set objectives, providing:

• direct collaboration with the Client for the planning of the works
• collaboration with the Works Manager for the coordination and control of the contractors
• collaboration with Contracting Companies for the management of the construction site

We periodically present to the client a report of the various stages reached in the operations carried out by the contractors.

Finally, we prepare the final balance sheet of the operations carried out by the companies, submitting the comparison between estimates and final statements to the contracting body / end customer.
